What is an Autoclave?

A horizontal autoclave comprises a sterilization chamber, sensors, boiler, piping, fitting, and control panel. These parts and components are jointed and fitted on a stand. Cylindrical (Double Walled) Inner and outer chamber made of thick SS fitted with an automatic pressure control switch, low water cutoff device, digital temperature controller cum indicator with inbuilt timer vacuum breaker.

And the gap is filled with high-grade glass wool to bring the temperature to a low level. Its outer chamber is also made out of Stainless Steel.
This autoclave is high pressure, Triple wall, double chamber Autoclave with a lid, ring, inner chamber, middle chamber, and outer wall made of stainless steel. Its middle chamber works as a steam stock jacket. The instrument is absolutely leak proof.
Industrial Applications of Multi-Functional Autoclave
